Martha Kennedy has worked in publishing for many years, most recently as an Art Director for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt/Mariner Books/Harper Collins.

Her work has been recognized in the AIGA 50/50 Show, the AIGA Bone Show, the New England Book Show, and the PRINT Regional Design Annual. It has also been featured in Spine Magazine’s Book Covers We Love, The Casual Optimist, and LitHub’s Best Book Covers of the Month.

She grew up in Boston and Nova Scotia and received her B.S. in Biology at Yale University. She discovered the world of graphic design along the way.
